By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. General

   • These terms and conditions apply to all users of Thistle & Thorn Florist's website and services.

     
     

2. Orders and Payments

   • Orders can be placed online, in person or by phone.

   • Payments must be made at the time of order via credit card or other specified methods.

   • All prices are inclusive of GST.

     
     

3. Delivery

   • We deliver to Colac, Barongarook, Cororooke, Birregurra, Winchelsea, Deans Marsh, Lorne, Barwon Downs, Forrest, Apollo Bay, Lavers Hill, Timboon and surrounding areas. Delivery fees and times vary based on the location.

   • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Locked Bags.

   • Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday can be delivered on the same day.

   • While we strive to meet requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

4. Substitution Policy

   • In the event that certain flowers or products are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar items of equal or greater value.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

   • Refunds are not available once the flowers have been delivered.

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to qualify for a refund.

6. Personal Information

   • We collect personal information such as name, address, and phone number to process orders.

   • Your information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Liability

   • Thistle & Thorn Florist can not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

   • Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.
