Delivery Information

Thistle and Thorn Florist offers a delivery service which is available Monday to Friday (order by 2pm for same day) and Saturday (order by 11am for same day) to most of the areas listed below.

*Some select areas require next day deliveries.

Deliveries are not available Sunday's or on Public Holidays.

Please phone the shop if you do not see the suburb listed as we may be able to arrange delivery for your location.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

By using our flower delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be at the delivery address to receive them. We hold no responsibility for the flowers from this point on.

By using our flower delivery service, you agree to a re-delivery fee of the same value as the delivery if no one is home to accept the delivery, the address is wrong, or the order cannot be left safely in our best judgement. 

 

In the event that no-one is at the address to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to contact the recipient unless you have instructed otherwise. At all times - your details will be kept confidential.
